Hey guys, I hope you all got home safe and sound. Last night I wrote down a few highlights of our trip in my journal as I don't want to forget them.

WHAT AN ADVENTURE! This was truly a once in a lifetime experience for me in so many ways. From hiking into the remote jungle, rafting, meeting likeminded adventure seekers, it is a trip I will always remember!

We took the non-tourist route and experienced life in Costa Rica in a way that simply flying in and going to a resort would never offer.

I miss waking up to the group, and especially our rice and beans breakfasts, lunches, and dinners! Keep me posted on your highlights of the day now that you are home and back to real life!

Hello Everybody!!
Bob and I are home safe and sound, after about 40 hours. Bob has his lawn back in shape (you know, once a farmer, always a farmer), and I have all of the clothes waRshed. I totally agree with McCall. This was an incredible trip! We had the time of our lives. We sure miss laughing with all of you, and it seems so strange not to have our dinners together. There were so many special moments, I can't possibly list them all. Drew, I have to tell you again, and I know that everybody has to agree with me...you are the best. You have such a gift at making everyone happy, and your love of Costa Rica is "pure" and strong. I know that we would have never experienced the true Costa Rica without your helping hand and spirit.
I love you, and I know Bob loves you, in a totally manly way with very little touching. It was such a joy to meet everyone, and I just want to say Thank You for a memorable vacation, in every way. I so hope that we can all see each other again! Love, Karen
